OU aims to transform college communities by inviting students on a weekend-focused journey of transformation. This weekend is designed to launch them into an everlasting adventure through their abiding relationship with God.
LAY LEADER
The Lay Leader will be the executive leader behind the assembling and training of volunteers and the marketing of the JH Outback weekend to guests. Your leadership before, during, and after the Weekend Event will have an incredible impact not only on the Guests but also on everyone that serves with you as a Volunteer. They will naturally look to you for leadership and answers and with a little preparation you will be perfectly equipped to serve them in this role.
LEADERSHIP TEAM
The Leadership Team will be the primary group of volunteers spearheading all essential preparations to set the stage for a successful weekend event.
SPEAKERS
Effective communication is one of the most important ingredients of a JH Outback weekend and one of the greatest legacies of the JH Everlasting Adventures Ministry.
