SPIRITUAL LIFE TEAM
Your goal is to express the Love of God to our weekend guests. The goal of the spiritual life team is to assist in creating an environment of intentionality. We believe that caring for our guests on a spiritual level is how we will see great breakthroughs happen at the end of the weekend. If we invite God to do great things, we believe that He will show up; your job is to assist in that invitation. From getting prayed over to receiving their affirmation letters, our guests will be touched and cared for because of your great work.
ACTIVITIES TEAM
Your goal is to be on the frontlines serving our guests throughout the weekend. The team will facilitate any activity that a guest may experience and one of the main faces that they will see. Our goal is to lead guests through empowering activities that will set them up for success once they leave the property. As you serve throughout the weekend, your interactions will help shape the environment for the guests.
GROUNDS TEAM
Your goal is to keep the environment of the weekend excellent. From the look of the location to the quality of food, we want our guests to have the experience of a lifetime. It is important to let our guests stay in an undistracted environment and in order for that to happen, our standard for quality should be excellent.
ADMINISTRATION TEAM
Your goal is to communicate and coordinate volunteers, registration, and housing for the weekend. Everything from the Check-in process to parking to ordering and gathering volunteer supplies will be under your control. The process should be smooth and effective to allow for an undistracted environment for both our volunteers and guests. You will oversee the process of creating the best experience for our guests possible.
SPEAKERS
Effective communication is one of the most important ingredients of a JH Outback weekend and one of the greatest legacies of the JH Everlasting Adventures Ministry.
