Step #1
HOST AN INTEREST MEETING IN YOUR CITY

An interest meeting is the first step in forming an Outback city. We will help you gather a group of individuals who have JH experience and are interested in launching a JH Outback.

JH will provide you with the following:
Email Campaign to the JH Family in your area
A contact list with names of guests and volunteers in your area who have attended recent JH programs

The goal of an interest meeting is to gather 5-10 people who will then commit to the first steps in bringing JH Outback to your city by praying and meeting consistently.
From these meetings, your group will fast and pray for a period of 40 days, asking the Lord for confirmation to grow and move forward with launching an Outback city.
Step #2
40 DAYS OF PRAYER & FASTING

Launching a JH Outback is no small feat. The purpose of praying and fasting about this is to seek the Lord intentionally and sacrificially, asking God for confirmation.
Through this, your group may gain clarity and confidence to move forward with launching JH Outback in your city.

Step #3
HOST A LAUNCH CELEBRATION EVENT

The launch event serves as a place to announce the projected JH Outback event date and build excitement and support for what’s to come. This includes, volunteer opportunities, financial support opportunities, and more.

The goal is to build awareness locally, raise financial support for launching, and build a volunteer base. The hope would be to have 100 people at this first event.

JH will provide you with the following:
Email Campaign to the JH Family in your area
An RSVP Link to keep track of RSVPs
A sample format for a launch event
In-person support at the event
Step #4
PLAN FOR YOUR JH OUTBACK EVENT

JH Outback weekend events last from a Friday late afternoon through Sunday late afternoon and consist of our weekend parent/child, and husband/wife programs.
Our programs are a condensed version of our JH Ranch programs that have been proven to be effective in restoring vertical and horizontal relationships for more than 40 years.
