Parking / Luggage

The experience for the weekend is intended to be hands off and fully present. The tone for this experience begins with parking because guests will be wrapping up their week and may be apprehensive for the weekend.

Guest Registration

The Guest Registration Team handles a significant amount of the work prior to and during the Outback Weekend. Your primary role is to oversee, delegate and lead all efforts regarding Guest Registration before and during the JH Outback weekend.

Photo / Video

One of the JH sayings is “I heard and I forgot, I saw and I remembered, I did and I understood.” This role covers well the “I saw and I remembered” through photos. Guests are given access to photos after the weekend to remember their wonderful experiences.
